我在页面上没有找到任何链接可以直接切换下载离线安装包的方式，通过搜索找到了答案。
只要在官网链接后 增加 ?standalone=1 参数即可

如https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html?standalone=1

随后点击下载就是离线安装包了。
